Lease Plans
It is a legal requirement that all new leases granted for over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years to run have to be registered with the Land Registry. As part of this process a compliant lease plan must be produced and submitted and JPM Energy can provide this service.
The lease plan will include a detailed and scaled floor plan of the property along with any shared common parts and access points. The extent of the property is clearly outlined in red with shared areas in green. An ordnance survey plan detailing the position of the property in relation to the surrounding buildings and local area is also provided.
