Retrofit Assessments
The government has placed Domestic Retrofit at the centre of its efforts to reduce the UK’s carbon emission output. Retrofit refers to any energy efficiency improvements made to a building whether a single measure or alternatively a combination of different measures.
As part of the retrofit process a retrofit assessment must take place. This assessment will provide an over of the condition of a property, look at how the occupants use the building and provide a set of improvement measures that can be taken forward and installed.
